A topic I get asked often is about metabolism and how to change body composition! I understand the frustration and discouragement when clothes don’t fit like they used to or there is extra belly fat, low energy and joint pain. It is not fun.
Rather than dwelling on those thoughts, let’s focus on three essential factors that can kickstart your metabolism. While there are many more aspects you can manage, beginning with these is a solid foundation.

In 2015 I found myself in a counseling office twice a month and hired a success coach to help me get unstuck.
If you were to ask me what I was dreaming about I would say I was just surviving; in marriage, in health, in parenting, in relationships and in business.
My counselor and success coach challenged me to start dreaming.
How can we thrive in this mess?
What in the world are we going to do to stay sane, healthy and positive?
As the news of more closures, cancellations and quarantines from the Covid-19 virus increase we need as much encouragement and help to make it day by day. We want to be a resource for you in your fitness, mindset, health and even nutritional needs.
