Just 10 days ago we turned the calendar from Winter to Spring.  After a cold winter in Colorado I'm ready for longer days, warmer temps and the sun beaming through the windows.  

Wow!  This is truly a challenge for me.  I have been learning about this lately and grateful that my mentor michelle shared this with my business team recently. It hit me square between the eyes!
